SELECTING YOUR SYSTEM
We offer three types of fountain systems with two types of power supply setups. Our standard system packages are supplied with everything required including pump, filter, pontoon, fountain heads, cabling, solar panel, pump control unit, anchor system, solar panel post and frame.
FOUNTAIN PERFORMANCE
These are 'set and forget' systems designed to last the harsh outdoor environments of Australia. Whenever the sun is shining the fountain will be continually running. Peak performance is usually when the panel is exposed to full sun from 10am to 4pm. The fountain will fluctuate depending on cloud cover, time of day and temperature. Typically if the solar panel is positioned well the fountain will run all day, even on cloudy days.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum water depth of 1m is required to run a water fountain
- A maximum distance of 50m is available from solar panel to fountain
- A north-facing clear and level area is required for the solar panel
- Additional fencing may be required to protect the equipment from livestock
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Each water fountain features commercial grade construction and is built tough for the Australian outdoor environment. All of our submersible components have been manufactured from 304 Stainless steel and UV-resistant Polypropylene. We offer a full replacement warranty of 1 year plus a component warranty of 3 years.
All electrical components are low voltage and present no risk of electrical shock to humans or animals in the event a cable is damaged. The fountain unit also incorporates a self‐cleaning filter system which does not require replacement. We have a variety of fountain spray heads avaiable to best suit your dam’s surface area and your personal visual preference. We can provide a selection of heads to trial on installation.
